Nader Talebzadeh Died


Nader Talebzadeh was hospitalized on the 8th of Azar last year due to complications from a heart condition and blood clots.

He was also hospitalized again in the intensive care unit on January 7, 2010 and was released from the hospital in early February.

Talebzadeh, born in 1943 in Tehran, is a documentary filmmaker, producer, TV presenter, actor and cinema director.

He is also the secretary of the New Horizons International Conference, the secretary of the Ammar Film Festival and one of the influential people in founding the Ofogh Sima network and a member of the think tank of this network.

Talebzadeh has directed the series “Besharat Manji” in his professional career.

He started his artistic activity in 1980 at Seda Wasima by making documentaries.

His other activities include teaching at the Islamic Center for Film Education and Management of the Center for Cinema Research and Studies at the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

Talebzadeh, who is on the US sanctions list, also took part in the Bosnian war.
